HoaK is a personal shopping marketplace that connects buyers with verified local agents called Shoopers, who physically purchase items from any local market, bazaar, or store and ship them worldwide. It's like having a trusted local friend in every market in India (and eventually the world).

Regular e-commerce platforms are limited by their own inventory. HoaK lets you buy from any physical market — even if the seller has no online presence at all. If a Shooper can walk into a shop, you can buy from it.

HoaK is currently in pre-launch. You can join our waitlist to be among the first to access the platform when we launch. We're targeting major Indian metros first.

Shoopers are verified local people who live near popular markets, bazaars, or stores. They are ID-verified, background-checked, and community-rated. They earn commissions by purchasing items for buyers and handing them over to our shipping partners.

Almost anything available in a physical market — clothing, handicrafts, jewellery, food products, art, leather goods, electronics, and more. The only restrictions are illegal items, weapons, and anything prohibited by shipping regulations.

Your Shooper sends you real-time purchase photos before any money moves. You can chat with your Shooper to clarify details, request photos of specific items, or ask for alternatives. You only confirm — and release funds — when you're satisfied with what you've received.

Yes! HoaK is building a global Shooper network. At launch we'll focus on India, but our vision is to have Shoopers in markets worldwide.

If the Shooper can't find your exact item, they'll message you with alternatives or let you know. You can cancel the order at this stage for a full refund.

Yes. HoaK uses escrow-based payments. Your money is held securely by a third-party escrow provider and only released to the Shooper once you confirm you've received your item. You are fully protected.

You pay the item's actual price + approximately 15% Shooper commission + shipping costs. HoaK charges 0% platform fee at launch. All costs are shown upfront before you confirm — no hidden charges. See our Pricing page for worked examples.

UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and popular digital wallets. International buyers can pay via card or international bank transfer.

Yes. If the item doesn't match what was requested, you can raise a dispute and receive a full refund. Orders can be cancelled for free before the Shooper purchases the item.

We ship domestically across India and internationally to 25+ countries at launch. We'll expand the list continuously.

Domestic deliveries within India typically take 3–7 business days after purchase. International deliveries vary by destination — usually 7–21 days. Exact estimates are shown before you confirm.

Yes. Full tracking is available from the moment of purchase through to delivery at your door — all within the HoaK app.

HoaK provides full customs documentation guidance and works with logistics partners experienced in international shipments. Customs duties payable at the destination are the buyer's responsibility and will be quoted before order confirmation where applicable.

Apply on our Shooper application page. We'll contact you once Shoopers go live in your city — usually within 48 hours of applying. It's completely free to join.

Shoopers earn approximately 15% commission on each item purchased. A part-time Shooper doing 5 orders per week with average item values of ₹1,500 could earn ₹4,500+ per month. Higher-value orders and more orders mean higher earnings.

Your commission is transferred to your bank account or UPI the moment the buyer confirms receipt of their item. Instant payouts, no delays.

No. HoaK is completely free to join. You use your own funds to purchase items initially, but these are immediately reimbursed from escrow along with your commission once the buyer confirms receipt.
