1. About HoaK

HoaK is a marketplace operated by HoaK Technologies Private Limited, India. We connect buyers with verified Shoopers who purchase items from local markets worldwide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HoaK.

3. Buyer Terms

• Provide accurate item descriptions and delivery details
• Funds are held in escrow until you confirm receipt
• Orders may be cancelled before Shooper purchase — refunds within 5–7 business days after that
• Prohibited: illegal items, weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods

4. Shooper Terms

• Complete ID verification and background check before first order
• Purchase only the requested item at the quoted price
• Send real-time photo confirmation
• Commissions paid after buyer confirmation

5. Payments

All transactions use escrow. HoaK is not a bank. Payments processed by third-party provider.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• No unlawful use, harassment, or deception
• No circumventing escrow or platform fees
• No fake accounts or false reviews

7. Intellectual Property

All HoaK content is owned by HoaK Technologies. No copying without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

HoaK is a marketplace and not responsible for item quality. Liability limited to the transaction amount in dispute.

9. Disputes

Governed by laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
